Promotional Period

1. The Promoter is Moi Agencies Limited of
Unit C1/63 Apollo Drive, Rosedale, Auckland.

2. Promotion opens at 12:01am NZDT on 5
October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZDT on 1 November 2026.

3. Open to legal residents of New Zealand
aged 18 years or over.

Method of Entry

1. Purchase one (1) or more participating
St. Dalfour Fruit Spread 284g products in a single transaction from any
participating New Zealand retailer, in store or online, during the Promotional
Period.

2. Submit your online entry using the
purchase made during the Promotional Period. Entries cannot be submitted for
purchases made outside the Promotional Period.

3. Each eligible transaction receives one
(1) entry. Unlimited entries are permitted provided each entry is supported by
a separate qualifying transaction.

4. Entrants must retain their original
proof of purchase, as it may be required to validate a winning entry.

5. Entrants must complete all required
online entry fields, including current contact information.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to
verify entries and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms
and Conditions.

Prize

1. Two (2) winners will each receive one
(1) NZD $2,000 House of Travel Gift Card.

2. Gift cards may be redeemed for eligible
travel products and services offered by House of Travel, subject to House of
Travel's Gift Card Terms and Conditions.

3. Any unused balance expires ten (10)
years after the card's most recent transaction.

4. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash
or used to purchase foreign currency.

5. The prize is non-refundable and
non-transferable.

6. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be
replaced.

7. If the advertised prize becomes
unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or
greater value.

8. Travel bookings are subject to
availability and the terms and conditions of the relevant travel providers.

9. Winners are responsible for any costs
not expressly included in the prize, including amendment fees, cancellation
fees, additional taxes, resort fees or other incidental expenses.

Winner Selection

1. Two (2) winners will be selected by
random electronic draw on 2 November 2026.

2. Winners will be contacted using the
telephone number and/or email address provided at the time of entry.

3. If a winner cannot be contacted within
seven (7) days, a replacement winner will be drawn.

4. By accepting the prize, winners agree
that their first name and city may be published on the @stdalfournz Instagram
account for promotional purposes.

Exclusions and Liability

1. The Promoter is not responsible for
lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, including technical failures.

2. To the fullest extent permitted by law,
the Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising from
participation in this promotion or use of the prize.

3. Entrants are responsible for any tax
implications associated with accepting the prize.

Use of Personal Information

1. Personal information collected will only
be used to administer this promotion and will be handled in accordance with the
Promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy laws.

2. Personal information will only be
retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the promotion and
comply with legal obligations.

General Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend
these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary and in accordance with
applicable New Zealand law.

2. By entering this promotion, entrants
agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. The Promoter may verify entries and
disqualify any entrant providing false or misleading information or acting
fraudulently.

4. If the promotion cannot proceed due to
circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may
cancel, suspend or modify the promotion.

5. The Promoter is not responsible for
delays or damage occurring during prize delivery.

6. All decisions made by the Promoter are
final.

7. Failure to enforce any provision of
these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

8. These Terms and Conditions are governed
by the laws of New Zealand.
