This baked Camembert wrapped in flaky puff pastry is a delightful treat, elevated with sweet St. Dalfour Fig Royale Fruit Spread and complemented by fresh figs, savory prosciutto, and aromatic rosemary. Perfect for holiday gatherings or wine nights, this dish is sure to impress your guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Camembert cheese

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

  • 2 tbsp St. Dalfour Fig Royale Fruit Spread

  • 4 fresh figs, sliced

  • 4 slices prosciutto

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.

  3. Place the wheel of Camembert in the center of the pastry.

  4. Spread the Fig Royale Fruit Spread over the top of the Camembert.

  5. Arrange the sliced figs and prosciutto on top of the cheese.

  6. Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan and chopped rosemary over the figs and prosciutto.

  7. Fold the pastry over the cheese, sealing it well to prevent leaks.

  8. Place the wrapped Camembert on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.

  10. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
