St. Dalfour Royal Fig, Thyme & Pecan Baked Brie

INGREDIENTS

8 - 16 oz. Round Brie 
2-3 tbsp. St Dalfour Royale Fig 
2 Thyme sprigs 
3-4 tbsp. Pecans, crushed 
Crostini, for serving 
Honey-crisp Apples, for serving 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. 
  2. Unwrap brie and place in a small, shallow baking dish.  
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or microwave for 2 minutes on high.  
  4. Top with the royal fig fruit spread, thyme leaves, and crushed pecans.  
  5. Serve immediately with crostini and sliced apples on the side.
