Blue Spirulina Chia Pudding

Blue Spirulina Chia Pudding is a nourishing and visually striking breakfast that brings color and balance to your morning routine. This creamy chia pudding is naturally tinted with blue spirulina and swirled with St. Dalfour Blueberry Fruit Spread, adding natural sweetness and vibrant fruit flavor to every spoonful.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp blue spirulina
  • 1–2 tbsp St. Dalfour Blueberry Fruit Spread
  • 1 tbsp dried goji berries
  • Optional: fresh blueberries or a drizzle of honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, and blue spirulina until fully combined.
  2. Let sit for 10 minutes, stir again to prevent clumping, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Once set, layer the chia pudding with St. Dalfour Blueberry Fruit Spread for natural sweetness and color.
  4. Top with dried goji berries and optional fresh blueberries.
  5. Enjoy chilled as a nourishing morning ritual or afternoon pick-me-up.
