St. Dalfour Puff Pastry Blackberry Braid

2 cups fresh blackberries  
5 oz. St Dalfour Black Raspberry fruit spread  
1 sheet puff pastry thawed 
1 egg plus 1 tsp water for egg wash 
1 Tablespoon sugar


  1. Slice Puff Pastry into 3 strands (lengthwise)
  2. Spread St Dalfour Black Raspberry fruit spread onto puff pastry strands. Add blackberries for texture.
  3. Braid puff pastry. Brush over top with egg wash.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. 
  5. Serve warm with ice cream.
